This "Feel Right" video was an internal wakeup call—we mixed Lowes video with Home Depot audio to show Lowes how indistinct they've been so far. it should that the future is in being yourself.

The home improvement category is built on the upsell— Something’s always wrong, something always needs improving. But for African Americans, home is about a safe space where we’re in charge.

So I combined those insights to create “Feel Right, At Home," a celebratory campaign that sets Lowe’s apart from Home Depot, et al. No hard upsell. Just warm reminders and encouragement to get right, right where you are.
